The waiting room is the street. Patients of Louise-Bus are waiting in line to receive medical car. This mobile support unit of the Caritas of the Archdocese of Vienna is responsible for many of the - mostly homeless - people with no social security, the only way to treat their acute but also chronic diseases.

In the summer of 2010 the young Austrian pharmaceutical company easypharm has decided to consistently support this porject. Since then we dedicate 10 cent with every pack sold of an easypharm generic to the Louise-Bus project.

Now, the first annual donation was handed over to Caritas. "We have brougth together 4521,- EUR" as our generic drugs have been prescribed more than 45,000 times in the first year. We are very proud and most importantly, we thank the many physicians and volunteers who support "Louise in such a great way", says Mag. John Schwertner, one of two managing directors of easypharm. "The donation of easypharm is an important contribution that we also urgently need", says Mag. Wilhelm Jaschke, director of the Louise Caritas project in Vienna. "Our coach has to be replaced after several years in operation urgently, so we are still able to serve our more than 1,800 patients."
